Material Controller (Line Feeder)

Responsabilitati

• Asigura cererea de materiale, directe si indirecte, catre aria Magazie (Warehouse)
• Preia materialele dinspre aria de magazie, verifica efectiv cantitatea de material livrata din magazie si consemneaza acest transfer de materiale scriptic si in sistemul ERP
• Verifica si se asigura de manipularea corecta a materialelor la preluare si la distribuire in linia de productie
• Verifica tranzactiile din sistemul ERP: corectitudine inregistrare in sistem, corespondenta intre cantitatea fizica si cea scriptica
• Operarea tranzactiilor specifice din sistem in mod complet, respectand procedurile si procesele interne.
• Raspunde de pregatirea activitatilor de inventar din linia de productie si ajuta la efectuarea acestuia
• Respectarea tuturor regulilor si regulamentelor specifice Productiei si ale departamentelor si sistemelor cu care intra in contact.
• Urmarirea tranzactiilor de cerere de materiale si confirmarea efectutarii tranzactiei: fizic, scriptic si informatic.
• Participa activ la asigurarea acuratetii stocurilor in linia de productie, conform proceselor interne.
• Asigura disponibilitatea materialelor necesare productiei, prin toate modalitatile si mijloacele potrivite pentru ca disponibilitate sa fie in timp optim si in conditii standard de calitate a materialelor.
• Operarea echipamentelor si utilajelor specifice, potrivit cerintelor postului si a certificarilor si autorizarilor legale (Ex: transpalet, etc.)

Profilul Candidatului
• Studii medii finalizate, ideal studii superioare
• +1 an de activitate in munca, ideal cu expunere in magazie/ gestiune/ flux de materiale
• +1 an in activitatea de productie in domeniul EMS constituie un avantaj
• Experienta si cunostinte de utilizare a unui sistem informatic in gestiunea materialelor, ideal SAP
• Atentie la detalii
• Inclinatie spre procese rutiniere, alaturi de abilitatea de a respecta procese prestabilite
• Seriozitate, flexibilitate si disponibilitate
• Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare
• Foarte bune abilitati de prioritizare
• Persoana orientata spre rezolvarea de probleme
• Cunostinte si interes pentru concepetele si practica 5S
