Your journey:

1. Start: September 2025
2. Metro Multichannel Fulfillment Centre: 5-7 months of realistic sales floor work experience and drive success
3. Local HQ: 5-7 months within selected departments, support their daily operations and drive business forward
4. International Assignment: 4 months abroad within one of our entities into the operational best practices of a foreign country
5. Graduation: February 2027

Your profile​:

• Having engaged in extracurricular activities and relevant internships​
• Fresh Graduate or METRO employee ​with max. 3 years overall working experience​
• Master’s Degree or Double Bachelor from a top Business School, ideally in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Trade or Hoteling
• International experience would be a plus
• Fluent in English (2nd foreign language would be a plus)
• Commercial orientation and ready to work hands-on
• Passion for hospitality and gastronomy, service & leader attitude​
• Ambition to do more, grow​ and being persistent & result oriented​
