What you'll be doing

• Supporting and managing SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online environments, ensuring robust, secure, and reliable collaboration and document management solutions.


• Administering SharePoint sites, site collections, libraries, lists, permissions, and access rights in line with business and security requirements.


• Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues within agreed timelines.


• Migrating content between on-premises SharePoint environments and SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption.


• Developing, maintaining, and improving SharePoint site templates, workflows, and standard collaboration structures.


• Supporting workflow automation activities to improve collaboration, document management, and operational efficiency.


• Using PowerShell scripting to support SharePoint administration, automation, reporting, migration, and troubleshooting activities.


• Supporting integration between SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams to enable effective collaboration across the organization.


• Monitoring SharePoint environments, permissions, usage, and configuration compliance to ensure secure and efficient service delivery.


• Documenting configurations, permissions, workflows, migration activities, operational procedures, and technical resolutions.


• Maintaining and improving runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge base articles for SharePoint operations.


• Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support collaboration platform improvements.


• Ensuring all activities comply with security, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.

What you'll bring along

• Degree in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration within enterprise environments.


• Strong expertise in SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online administration.


• Experience administering SharePoint sites, site collections, permissions, libraries, lists, and document management structures.


• Experience with SharePoint content migration between on-premises and online environments.


• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration, automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.


• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint site templates, workflows, and collaboration structures.


• Knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement within SharePoint environments.


• Experience integrating SharePoint with OneDrive and Microsoft Teams to support enterprise collaboration.


• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve SharePoint-related incidents and service issues.


• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Demonstrated ability to document configurations, permissions, migration activities, workflows, and operational procedures accurately.


• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate certification is preferred.


• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German.
