Middleware Interfaces Developer

Design, develop, and maintain middleware interfaces supporting complex enterprise applications. Use your experience with enterprise-grade messaging or transaction platforms (MQ, WebLogic, Tibco, etc.) to build and support integrations. Learn and gradually take over Oracle Tuxedo interface development, supported by a knowledgeable team and documentation. Participate in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, depending on the project lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve 3rd-level incidents, ensuring application stability and business continuity. Enable seamless communication between systems by maintaining and developing core integration layers. Support the stability and evolution of critical backend platforms. Ensure timely delivery of IT components and contribute to the quality and maintainability of our integration stack. Solid experience with middleware platforms (e.g., IBM MQ, WebLogic, Tibco, or similar). Proven ability to develop and manage interfaces written in C/C++ or similar lower-level languages. Interest in learning and working with Oracle Tuxedo, even if you haven't touched it yet. Exposure to middleware clients and server-side configuration/administration. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with Java—helpful for understanding broader systems. German language skills for working with stakeholders. Scripting abilities (e.g., PERL) for operational tasks. Project management exposure or ability to support agile release cycles. Strong communication skills to explain technical matters clearly and concisely.
