MoldShop Coordinator (determined 2 years) - Tires

• Prepares and completes production reports - Mold shop related;                          
• Reports relevant information and performance indicators to management and other stakeholders;                            
• Achievement of targets as well as KPIs set for molds shop area by defining action plan and analysis;                        
• Meets job safety, quality and volume targets as required;                            
• Knows and applies current work procedures;                                      
• Analyzes problems and develops appropriate solutions to solve them;                                        
• Process improvement and project leading;                         
• Encourages a safety and security culture in line with company policies;                            
• Is the main contact person with other production areas, departments and external customers;                            
• Manages conflicts and resources with support departments (machines/personnel/materials etc.);                            
• Participate in external and internal audits, develop and implement improvement plans.                                        

• University Diploma in Technical Field;
• Previous experience minimum 2 years in Manufacturing;
• Leading people experience;
• English minim level B2;
• Microsoft Office;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• SAP - is a plus.
