.NET Developer 

Location: Cluj/ Brasov/ Mures 

RIA Solutions Group is looking for a talented .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions for a client operating in the financial services sector. 

The client’s expertise is focused on Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights, Consumer Financial Services, Litigation & Defence, and Real Estate Law. 

In our 6+ years of collaboration, we have successfully delivered multiple projects involving Business Process Management Automation, Document Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting, EDI Systems Integrations, and customized web-based applications. 

As a .NET Developer, you will be working on projects that help streamline data transfers and integrations with different financial institutions while contributing across the full software development lifecycle. 

The utilized Tech Stack in the development process:  

C# .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, ReactJS, Blazor, SQL Server, REST APIs, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, jQuery, Azure 

Responsibilities: 

1. Software Development & Technical Delivery 

• Understand requirements, design, and develop scalable .NET web applications and integrations. 

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS and/or Blazor. 

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. 

• Implement event-driven solutions using RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging platforms. 

• Develop asynchronous communication workflows using message queues. 

• Support solution architects in setting up cloud and hybrid scenarios. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently. 

• Lead work streams independently when . 

• Verify the code base and ensure high standards of code quality. 

• Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews and performance optimization activities. 

• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and other development teams. 

1. Database & Integration Responsibilities 

• Design and optimize SQL Server database objects, including stored procedures, views, and queries. 

• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance of database operations. 

• Develop integrations between internal and external systems. 

• Support integration and data transfer processes with financial institutions. 

• Participate in cloud and hybrid integration implementations where applicable. 

1. Agile & Collaboration 

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives. 

• Communicate daily progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders. 

• Contribute to effort estimation and technical planning activities. 

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and distributed teams. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.  

• 5+ years of experience in .NET web application development.  

• Strong experience with C# .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.  

• Strong experience with SQL Server and solid understanding of relational database concepts.  

• Experience developing modern web applications using ReactJS and/or Blazor.  

• Experience with REST APIs and Web API development.  

• Experience with Message Queues and Event-Driven Development using RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies.  

• Strong experience debugging and troubleshooting .NET web applications.  

• Deep understanding of .NET web application development concepts.  

• Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery.  

• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment while balancing conflicting priorities.  

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.  

• Exposure to DevOps practices, release management, and build management.  

• Experience with Azure cloud and hybrid scenarios is considered a plus.  

• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions is considered a plus.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both verbal and written.  

• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.  

• High levels of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.  

• Process-oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
