We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest on a hybrid setup:



Your Responsibilities:



  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. 



  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. 



  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents. 



  • Ensure the office environment is neat, orderly, and well-maintained. 



  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs. 



  • Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers. 



  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments. 



  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute relevant materials. 



  • Coordinate conference room bookings and set up the necessary equipment. 



  • Disseminate important information to staff members in a timely manner. 



  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed. 



  • Maintain an inventory of office materials and equipment. 



  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation for staff members and managers. 



  • Planning and coordinating office events and celebrations.




Your Profile:



  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification is a plus. 



  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role for at least 2 years. 



  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
