Our partner is a TLV-based startup on a mission to transform the work experience for 80% of the world’s global workforce - the deskless employees. The Professional Services function operates under a trusted partner model similar to HubSpot or Salesforce, where partners independently deliver implementation and setup services after an initial handoff.

Role Overview

We are looking for driven and tech-savvy Offline Professional Services Specialist to deliver professional services to our clients, set up app features based on their workflows, integrate the app with other platforms, and migrate data from existing tools into the app.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable handling multiple customers and tasks in parallel without losing accuracy or context.


• Works primarily offline – able to focus for extended periods on behind-the-scenes execution and enjoys deep, uninterrupted work.


• Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and service expectations across concurrent workstreams.


• Works independently but collaborates tightly with client-facing roles and teammates to get the job done right.


• Executes with a customer-impact mindset — understands that setup quality directly affects client success, even without direct interaction.


• Operates with professionalism and integrity, respecting data access, permissions, and defined processes always.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another related field.


• 1+ year of experience in a SaaS company.


• Native-level English proficiency.


• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.


• Very tech-savvy – goes deep into every setting and configuration, understands dependencies, and sets things up correctly end-to-end.


• Strong executor – implements fast and accurately, with minimal back-and-forth or rework.


• Structured problem solver – breaks requirements into concrete actions, identifies gaps, and resolves ambiguity before executing.


• Clear internal communicator – asks the right questions, proactively clarifies requirements, and communicates progress and blockers early.


• Detail-driven – verifies setups, double-checks configurations, and ensures nothing is partially or incorrectly implemented.
