OpenText Consultant

Your Role

• Design and implement ECM solutions based on OpenText technologies


• Work with OpenText Content Server, xECM for SAP and/or AppWorks


• Integrate ECM platforms with clients’ business applications


• Ensure end‑to‑end information lifecycle management: creation, publication, archiving and deletion


• Analyze business requirements and challenges related to unstructured information


• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams using Agile methodologies (Waterfall when applicable)


• Support the management and development of ECM solution portfolios for clients


• Share knowledge within the team and support less experienced consultants through mentoring

Your Profile

• A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field


• Hands‑on experience working with ECM solutions


• Practical knowledge of OpenText platforms (Content Server, xECM for SAP, AppWorks)


• Experience working in software delivery projects using Agile methodologies (DevOps, SAFe are a plus)


• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions


• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on quality and sustainable delivery

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker


• Knowledge of CI/CD practices


• Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members
