Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS System Architect to lead the design and architecture of a customized ERP solution utilizing the Oracle E-Business Suite and related Oracle technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the successful integration of a wide array of Oracle applications to meet the strategic and operational needs of our enterprise client.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ERP architecture based on Oracle EBS and complementary Oracle products.

• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define system architecture.

• Ensure integration between modules such as Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

• Provide technical oversight across multiple Oracle technologies including SOA, APEX, OBIEE, and Oracle Cloud integrations.

• Define data migration strategies, security standards, and performance optimization protocols.

• Lead solution blueprinting, technical documentation, and roadmap development for ERP components.

• Guide internal and external development teams during implementation phases.

• Oversee customization and extension strategies ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 or later).

• Deep understanding of core Oracle EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and HRMS.

• Experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder, and BI Publisher.

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle APEX.

• Experience in designing custom Oracle ERP solutions and integrating third-party applications.

• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS security and role-based access models.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP migration or hybrid Oracle Cloud + EBS environments.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Certifications in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across functional and technical teams.

• Ability to lead architecture discussions and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
