OSS Assurance Engineer

What you will do Design the Service Assurance Software Architecture, including principles, functional blocks, and interfaces. Collaborate with external clients to test applications and ensure alignment with their operational needs. Deliver high-level and low-level design specifications, test plans, and integration reports. Ensure consistency and coherence in software solutions delivered to external clients. Deep understanding of IT and network technologies within the telecommunications domain. Proficiency in IT development frameworks and domain-specific software tools. Experience across the software development lifecycle. Strong communication skills in English and Romanian. Solid grasp of IT technologies, standards, and design frameworks. Familiarity with network topologies and standards. Hands-on experience in IT software roles related to network monitoring. Experience in both IT development and operations. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or Physics. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Master's Degree in a related field. Certifications such as ITIL, eTOM, PRINCE2, PMI, TOGAF.
