This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Mioveni , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

Education & Experience: 

o University diploma or master's degree in engineering or similar field linked to logistics.

o 1 year experience in packaging perimeter.

o Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing plant processes and logistics perimeter. 

o Knowledge of packaging technologies, materials, and processes. 

o Proficiency in English. Other European language is valuable (French) 

Skills: 

o Leadership, competency in guiding, arbitrating, and supporting decision-making in challenging technical/economical situations. 

o Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams. 

o Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multi-cultural environment. 

o With Initiative and excellent organizational skills
