P&O Advisor - Working Student, Oradea

Your tasks will include:

• Provides first level P&O support to managers and employees.
• Supports employee relation activities by investigating and solving issues.
• Participate in local P&O activities such as recruiting, training, payroll support, onboarding and separation.
• Manages data and documentation handling at local level.
• Administrative support for the HR department; creation of HR reports.
• Handling ad hoc tasks and participating in projects.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support.
• Creating and registering all employment related documents.

Required education and skills:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR topics and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and well-organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HR tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
