Job Title: Partner Acquisition Manager – Dell Client Solution Group (CSG)

Role Overview
Ingram Micro is seeking a results-driven Partner Acquisition Manager to expand Dell CSG business by recruiting and enabling new channel partners. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic partner onboarding, relationship development, and sales focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers to grow Dell CSG business
  • Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies aligned with sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with partners and support their go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with Dell and internal Ingram teams to drive revenue growth
  • Enable partners through training, tools, and ongoing support
  • Monitor performance and optimize partner engagement for maximum results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales / partner acquisition (IT distribution preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Dell portfolio and CSG business as big advantage
  • Proven track record in driving partner growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
