Platform Specialist

## About this role\n\nWe are seeking a Platform Specialist to join our team at VOIS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex product configurations across mobile and landline systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain configuration solutions, while also supporting IT operations and ensuring seamless system performance. This is a key technical role that combines solution consulting, configuration lifecycle management, and second/third-level support.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Manage and implement complex product configurations across multiple systems based on solution design documents.\n * Collaborate on the detailed design of product configurations and provide expert consulting for new initiatives.\n * Create and maintain documentation including configuration reports, change requests, and design materials.\n * Take end-to-end technical ownership of configurations across all relevant systems.\n * Oversee the lifecycle of product configurations and coordinate with IT operations to monitor system utilisation.\n * Configure control parameters for BSS and OSS systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.\n * Provide second and third-level support for IT operations and other departments, including error and log analysis.\n * Lead integration testing, user acceptance testing, and functional user testing activities.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Strong knowledge of BSS and OSS systems.\n * Proficient in relational databases, SQL, and XML.\n * Proficient with scripting languages (mainly Perl, KSH, bash) and UNIX environments.\n * Previous experience in integration/configuration roles for CRM, ERP, marketing, or e-commerce systems.\n * Capable of managing multiple complex configurations within an agile team environment.\n * Understanding of the software development lifecycle and both structured and agile methodologies.\n * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n * Committed to continuous learning and performance improvement.\n * Organised, structured, and focused on priorities.\n * Fluent in English.\n\n\n\n## Sounds like a perfect job?
