Power BI Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality business intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Power BI, solid analytical skills, and the ability to deliver scalable and reliable reporting solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Translate business requirements into efficient and scalable data models
• Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and dynamic reporting solutions

• Build and optimize data transformations using Power Query

• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and role mapping in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Administer Power BI Service (workspace management, security configuration, app publishing, tenant settings)
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver actionable insights

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements

Required Technical Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar BI role
• Proven experience delivering high-quality analytics solutions using Power BI
• Experience implementing and managing Row-Level Security (RLS)

• Solid understanding of role mapping in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service

• Experience with Power BI Service administration (settings, security, workspace and app management)

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying and validating data

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
