What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What is your role and surroundings?
 
Our Division is looking for you as a PROGRAM QUALITY LEADER  VIE for our Premium Covers Sewing Plant in Valcea / ROMANIA.

The PQL VIE is a support member of the Program Core Team and Plant launch team. She/He has overall responsibility of supporting the achievement of quality deliverables during development and new product launch. The PQL VIE supports the Program Quality Leader (PQL) and Advanced Supplier Quality Leader (ASQ) tasks and represents the Customer Voice within the company and towards the customer, and internally with the others functions on quality matters.
 
What will be your main missions?

• Actively work with Plant Quality / Launch Team to ensure smooth industrialization within plant & be the driver of Quality in new launches
• Support special samples & events preparation,
• Facilitate Scrap Convergence activity & reviews,
• Collect Border Line Catalogue inputs,
• Ensure Quality tasks integration along program phases, successful launch and plant hand-over.
• Ensure on time delivery of  PMS work packages and key deliverables per program phases.
• Follow Quality objectives defined during program phase and specially during pre-series, launch and ramp-up.
• Review every new process linked with his/her product family (PQA & PSR).
• Establish or update full documentation package (FMEA, KPC list, Control plan…) on their product family
• Ensure the respect of the quality standards (based on Control Plan, PFMEA, Standardize Work,....).
• Establish and follow up action plan linked to Product & Process implementation.
• Drives customer claims resolution process, ensuring robustness of problem solving (8D, QRCI...)
• In case of non-conformity, ensure deployment of containment actions: with respect of standard TQW and corrective actions.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

What you need to join us?

• Master’s degree in engineering (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related), Quality or Process Engineering specialization desirable
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within Europe in case of need ( SK, GER)
• Proven experience in problem solving, process development desirable,
• Proven experience in program management is a big plus
