About the Role:

FintechOS is seeking a Presales Consultant to play a key role in driving customer success and business transformation. In this role, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly onboarded customers, guiding them on how the FintechOS platform can help them build or transform their business into an innovative, digital-first organization.


• Support pre-sales and delivery teams by architecting, engineering, and demonstrating tailored solutions.


• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to technology leaders and executives.


• Address customer concerns proactively, ensuring that potential risks are mitigated while favourably representing FintechOS and its technology.


• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and product specialists to design unique, competitive solutions that align with regional and market-specific needs.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience with API-driven architectures.


• Hands-on technical expertise, with the ability to prototype solutions and leverage coding skills to help customers bring innovative propositions to market.


• Strong understanding of traditional enterprise architectures in financial institutions, combined with the ability to advocate for modern, forward-thinking approaches.


• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, service-oriented and event-driven architectures, along with a solid grasp of security considerations.


• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work autonomously while excelling in a team environment.


• Proven experience engaging with customers and prospects, with the ability to handle critical situations confidently in client-facing scenarios.
