Pricing Specialist

The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Finance, and Operations. The Pricing Specialist will monitor market trends, evaluate pricing models, and provide insights to support data-driven business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with pricing tools or BI software is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain pricing models and strategies to support business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to ensure pricing remains aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to review client proposals and ensure profitability.
• Analyze historical data, costs, and margins to optimize pricing structures.
• Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management.
• Support tender and bid processes by providing accurate and timely pricing information.
• Continuously review and refine pricing methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
