Process Development Subproject Manager - TPL

Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate sub-projects to ensure successful product and process development.


• Plan and manage project activities, ensuring compliance with cost, deadlines, quality, and resources. Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations.


• Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams (including global teams).


• Ensure product manufacturability and support efficient industrialization in early project phases.


• Plan, control, and monitor all validation activities to minimize process and industrialization risks.


• Drive feasibility assessments and ensure implementation of necessary changes.


• Support the  development and optimization of processes and standards across the product lifecycle.


• Perform risk assessments and support FMEA activities for product and process changes.


• Plan and analyze tests and validations, identifying root causes and proposing technical solutions.


• Ensure proper data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.


• Support product and process maturity during start‑up and industrialization phases.


• Prepare project documentation and presentations and support technical discussions with customers and suppliers.

Profile:

• Technical University studies in Plastics Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field;


• +3 years of experience in Automotive;


• Very good communication skills in English;


• German language is an advantage;


• Methodological knowledge, FMEA, DoE, simulation;


• Project Management skills;


• Willingness to travel;


• Independent, responsible and careful work;


• Analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills;


• Initiative and creative skills;


• Very good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated;


• Strong willingness to learn, grow and to further develop.
