Your Mission
Technical support in production and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Validates the documents prepared by colleagues from the technical centers in accordance with the requirements in PPCR Phase 1 and 2, either in written format or in the PLM application
Creates technical documentation according to the requirements and deadlines defined in IPA Phase 0 and 1 for assembly and/or injection, depending on the area of responsibility
Actively participates in the implementation of the production process in order to ensure the achievement of defined process indicators (line layout, workstation layout, workstation ergonomics, setup of new production equipment, definition of working and control methods together with the team)
Participates in internal Run and Rate
Performs time studies for each workstation and each sub-operation; balances activities at each workstation to enable one-piece flow
Participates in the validation of production equipment in accordance with the Antolin procedure
Defines relevant process parameters and their values
Validates the packaging of the finished product and internal subassemblies together with the team
Ensures that documentation/layout/equipment/process parameters comply with the defined standards during customer or certification body audits
Ensures proper installation of new equipment (required space, necessary utilities, any special installation conditions)
Ensures the availability of parts required to validate newly installed equipment/services/controls
Monitors the evolution of new technologies
Updates the project technical documentation according to changes made during the project lifecycle (customer changes, internal changes, changes resulting from complaints, internal improvement proposals, etc.)
Proposes improvement solutions to eliminate process losses (improvements to line or workstation layout, balancing activities at each operation, improving workstation ergonomics, reducing the risk of producing nonconforming parts, and eliminating quality walls where they exist)
Participates in complaint analysis and provides technical solutions to eliminate the possibility of errors
Performs reverse FMEA according to the planning
Implements actions defined following product-process changes for projects within the area of responsibility
Participates in internal scrap analysis and provides technical solutions to eliminate nonconformities
Ensures that documentation/layout/equipment/process parameters comply with the defined standards during customer or certification body audits
Implements actions defined in action plans following audits (internal/customer/certification body) for projects within the area of responsibility
Updates the process FMEA whenever necessary, following complaints and internal analyses
Organizes continuous improvement workshops
Ensures proper installation of new equipment (required space, necessary utilities, any special installation conditions)
Ensures the availability of parts required to validate newly installed equipment/services/controls
Carries out all administrative procedures required for the acquisition of new work equipment

What You’ll Bring
Technical university studies
English - advanced level
Basic SAP knowledge (not mandatory, considered an advantage)
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Reports, Problem solving analyze
Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics – basic knowledge
ISO / TS 16949 (automotive industry) - good knowledge
Open minded, good communicator, proactive and enthusiastic
