  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (preferably in technical, construction, or telecom industries)
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems, or vendor management platforms (a plus)
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract administration
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, focusing on cost optimization and long-term collaboration
  • Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and transactions in procurement systems
  • Monitor supplier performance and support vendor performance reviews in collaboration with Vendor Management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the procurement process
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and contribute to cost savings initiatives
