ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing and negotiation through to contract implementation. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluation, purchase order issuance, and contract implementation
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms
Monitor procurement spend, optimize costs, and ensure alignment with budget guidelines
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and procurement best practices
Oversee delivery timelines and quality standards to ensure goods and services meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, and other departments) to understand needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions
Maintain accurate procurement records and provide reporting on purchasing activity and supplier performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
Experience within media, entertainment, or technology industries is an advantage
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in supplier management
Familiarity with procurement systems and tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
