This role plays a critical part in ensuring an efficient, compliant, and high\u2011quality end\u2011to\u2011end procurement\u2011to\u2011pay process. The individual will work closely with multiple stakeholders across on\u2011shore and off\u2011shore teams, supporting purchasing activities, supplier onboarding, reporting, and continuous process improvement, while meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Provide purchase\u2011to\u2011pay processing services across Vodafone functions, including RFQs, Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders, GRNs, and goods receipts.\n * Facilitate and maintain accurate vendor master data to ensure uninterrupted procurement processes.\n * Track, monitor, and follow up on approvals for Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders, and GRNs in line with SLA and GRIR policies.\n * Handle PO\u2011related queries and maintain the PO Desk tool with accurate and timely data.\n * Ensure Purchase Orders are compliant, contract\u2011covered, and processed efficiently within agreed operational level agreements.\n * Manage WBS elements, including WBS codes, AUC codes, and budget transfer requests.\n * Prepare and deliver regular reports containing financial information, indicators, and operational performance metrics.\n * Maintain and update procurement process documentation and contribute to training activities for on\u2011shore and off\u2011shore teams.\n * Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and support the optimisation of procurement operations.\n * Collaborate effectively with vendor management, cost planning, project management, onboarding support, and finance management teams.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * An experienced professional with a minimum of two years\u2019 experience in Finance or Supply Chain.\n * A proficient user of SAP, particularly within the Supply Chain module.\n * Confident using MS Office tools, with strong capability in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\n * Detail\u2011oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured manner.\n * A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across locations.\n * An effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills (minimum B2 level); additional European languages are an advantage.\n * A graduate, preferably in IT, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.\n * Familiarity with the telecommunications sector is beneficial.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
