Project Coordinator- Energy sector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rebate Specialist (Mid Level) to join our growing team in Bucharest.

What we want:

• Support end-to-end project processes: 

• Ensure rebate eligibility, 

• Obtain required documentation from the client,  

• Support equipment procurement,  

• Coordinate construction schedules,  

• Equipment commissioning activities and  

• Complete project close-out requirements. 

• Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 

• Collaborate with utility companies to maintain rebate applications and resolve any issues. 

• Work closely with the sales team and the rebate manager to ensure accurate eligibility information and smooth application processing. 

• Support the continuous improvement of internal project processes. 

• Prepare documentation for rebate applications and project closeouts based on estimates (RFPs) and Proposals. 

• Participate in webinars and meetings with rebate program representatives. 

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Jira and/or Salesforce, with the ability to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  Strong verbal and written communication in English (B2 level or higher)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in the clean energy or electric vehicle (EV) sector.

• Familiarity with incentive programs and utilities within the United States.
