Job Type: Full-time, 12 months (1 year) with extension

Determined Employment Contract 12 month/ B2B: 12 month

Effort Schedule: 8 Hours/Day

ROLE INSIGHTS

The position is related to the Project Manager role for implementation of SAP/4HANA ERP.

You will be responsible for the implementation of the SAP/4Hana implementation, covering the following business areas*:

• Finance (Record 2 Report, Controlling & Process Engineering);
• Order to Cash (incl. Business development);
• Source to Pay (Direct procurement and Indirect Procurement);
• Supply Chain (EWM and TM);
• Quality;
• Design To Operate (Product Engineering Material and BOM, Manufacturing and Maintenance);
• Prototype;
• Payroll;
• Technology (Basis, Security, Systems Integration).

* Master data governance as cross functional stream

Responsibilities:

• Full-life cycle project management across all core phases of an implementation RFP with vendors, blueprint re-use with localization, Build, Cutover and post-implementation support.
• Provides project management expertise and leads project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project processes.
• Lead cross-functional project implementation team.
• Managing consulting resource from Strategic Implementation partner.
• Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality. Is responsible for the detailed local planning and reporting KPI for each level of governance.
• Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement and follow up effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meets internal and external customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, MBA.
• Experience with SAP/4Hana implementation, with 5 to 10 years of SAP experience, and at least 3 years in S/4HANA.
• The ability to understand the functional processes of clients, in the business area impacted: IS/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Human Resources, Engineering.
• Customer orientation, communication ability and transversal work in an international environment.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.
• Foreign languages: English, (Spanish represent an advantage).
• Driving license B.

Skills:

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing up to 12 direct reports (functional and technical areas).
• Proficient in use project management tools and techniques 
• Strategic and operational issues of the project management business unit.
• Resource allocation, documenting and record keeping.
• Financial, HR, Quality, Time and Risk management.
