Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer with Continuous Improvement Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  


• Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S processes.
  


• Prepare work instructions, workflow charts, and quality procedures.
  


• Monitor production processes to identify areas for quality improvements.
  


• Investigate root causes of quality issues, propose corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  


• Apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client requirements.
  


• Coordinate testing activities, including estimation, prioritization, and planning.
  


• Conduct audits for web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality standards.
  


• Prepare technical documentation regarding issues and procedures in English.
  


• Detect production failures, leveraging FMEA for early defect identification.
  

Requirements:

• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  


• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  


• Experience with Quality Management Software and Processes.
  


• Solid knowledge of SAP systems and/or BI data analytics.
  


• Proficiency in Office technologies (Word, Excel).
  


• Hands-on experience in web and mobile application audits.
  


• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
  


• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and CI tools.
  


• Familiarity with Kaizen practices, problem-solving techniques, and 5S processes at the facilitator and trainer level.
  


• Understanding of client environments and setting customer service standards.
  


• Ability to create test plans from specifications and verbal communications.
  


• Strong documentation skills, especially in writing technical reports in English.
