About the Role 
We are looking for an experienced iGaming Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition in the dynamic and fast-growing iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with direct exposure to the iGaming sector. A deep understanding of the industry's talent landscape, including gaming operations, live casino. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding  
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with expertise in iGaming operations, including live casino, game development, and compliance.  
* Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless recruitment processes.  
* Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections, to attract top-tier candidates.  
* Build strong relationships within the iGaming community to stay updated on industry trends and talent movements.  
* Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide expert guidance on hiring decisions.  
* Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the iGaming sector.  
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  
Requirements: 
* 3-5 years of recruitment experience.  
* Strong knowledge of iGaming operations, including live casino roles.  
* Proven track record of successfully hiring for mid-to-senior level roles in the iGaming space.  
* Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and industry databases.  
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.  
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
