Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our HR department. In this role, you will craft and implement innovative recruiting strategies that attract the right talent to our organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about the full-cycle recruitment process—embracing everything from initial candidate sourcing to seamless onboarding, and who finds fulfillment in building meaningful connections with candidates and carefully evaluating their fit for our diverse range of positions.

As a key partner to hiring managers, you will gain a deep understanding of their specific staffing needs and work collaboratively to devise tailored hiring strategies that align with our company culture and goals.

Collaboration generates the best ideas, and our team interaction is essential. This position, based in Cluj-Napoca, operates on a hybrid model. You are required to be in the office at least 3 days a week. You may work from home for up to 2 days a week, as long as you can manage your job responsibilities effectively from home and have obtained the necessary approval from your manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Determine the best mix of job advertising channels, including job boards, career pages, and social media.
• Develop sourcing strategies using both online and offline resources.
• Review job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect role requirements.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to connect with potential candidates in person.
• Provide guidance to technical interviewers and hiring managers on effective interviewing and evaluation practices.
• Utilize appropriate interview techniques to assess candidates during the interview process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and monitor their early job satisfaction.
• Perform additional HR-related tasks, such as offboarding and managing various HR processes.

• At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in Software Engineering.
• Experienced in managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent skills in using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proven experience in program and project leadership.
• Good understanding of HR functions and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in managing time efficiently.
