We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Recruitment Team Leader to lead, inspire, and develop our team of Recruitment Specialists.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the team’s success in attracting top talent, enhancing the candidate experience, and partnering strategically with hiring managers to meet the company’s growing talent needs.
You will play a critical role in shaping recruitment strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality hires that align with our culture and business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead & Coach the Team
Manage, mentor, and support a team of Recruitment Specialists.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional growth and development.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure delivery of hiring goals across all segments.
Design and implement effective, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on workforce planning, role requirements, and market insights.
Operational Excellence
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a point of escalation for challenging searches, critical roles, or complex recruitment scenarios.
Ensure team adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and employment regulations.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Support the team in participating in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with HR colleagues on onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes to ensure alignment and consistency.
Partner with technical interviewers and hiring managers to optimize interviewing practices and evaluation methods.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field relevant for successful performance of the essential functions of this job description
Must possess a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Recruitment Specialist with knowledge of employment law related to interviewing, hiring and associate relations
Must possess minimum of 2 years experience with hands on management of a team including but not limited to hiring, training, establishing goals, monitoring performance and handling of non-performers
Demonstrated high level of initiative, energy and drive with a track record of delivering results
Demonstrated experience dealing with confidential Human Resources matters
Must be detail-oriented, with a demonstrated high degree of accuracy
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and changing work environment
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Demonstrated effective presentation skills and public speaking experience
Ability to demonstrate good judgement and discernment
Demonstrated strong business acumen
