Job Description - Regional HR Business Partner

Professional Summary
Results-driven HR Business Partner with solid experience in managing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle for the assigned region (Eastern Europe). Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. Adept at working in dynamic, multicultural environments and partnering with management to align HR practices with business objectives. Known for strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as first point of contact for employee and manager's inquiries and concerns
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

3. Performance Management

  • Support and monitor the performance review processes, ensuring compliance with regional and global deadlines
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and development plans

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support salary reviews and benchmarking processes
  • Support external providers or Finance dept. with HR inputs

5. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Prepare HR reports

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and support or organize learning initiatives
  • Track training effectiveness and participation

7. Global mobility

  • Create and maintain accurate records and documentation; update Reges and posting platforms
  • Partner with external providers and various functions for A1 forms, payroll etc.
  • Assure process clarity and keep stakeholders informed.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Good knowledge of local labor legislation
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday, SAP) and MS Office
  • Strong experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
