Revenue Targets: Develop regional sales plans to meet or exceed corporate revenue targets and manage order intake.
Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data to forecast trends and inventory needs, managing a sales funnel for the region.
Market Analysis: Adapt sales strategies to local market conditions and customer preferences.
Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends in the region.
Growth Initiatives: Identify new market segments and develop targeted campaigns.
Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with high-value clients and partners.
Operations & Finance: Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and finance departments for smooth product delivery and billing.
Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customer concerns, questions, and problems.
Relationship Management: Strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular contact and support.
Problem Solving: Identify and solve customer-related problems effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Several years of experience in customer care, service, or relationship management.
Experience in analyzing customer feedback to improve products and services.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused solutions.
Good knowledge of ERP software, MS-Office, and relevant IT systems.
Understanding of customer needs analysis and action development.
Proficiency in negotiation-level English.
