- Monitor and assess new and existing national and European legislation impacting Sungrow's business.
- Support the implementation of regulatory requirements across business functions by coordinating with Legal, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, ESG, Quality, Product, HR and other internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regulatory research and prepare practical compliance guidance, regulatory summaries and implementation recommendations.
- Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of regulatory compliance frameworks, internal procedures and governance documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, industry associations and regulatory advisors where required.
- Prepare internal regulatory updates, compliance reports and management briefings.
- Support cross-functional regulatory projects and ensure timely implementation of new legal and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain regulatory trackers, implementation records and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to strengthening Sungrow's compliance culture by providing regulatory support and awareness across the organization.
