Main attributions and responsibilities: 

- Enhances the overall performance of processes by driving standardization and improvement topics;

- Ensures the quality of the desktop procedures after CIP process changes;

- Offers support to other colleagues regarding continuous improvement, process standardization & harmonization and related topics; 

- Validates/conducts optimization & harmonization for respective process area; 

- Drives standardization activities and operational improvement through the use of continuous improvement  techniques;

- Responsible for results of CIP changes;

- (Re)designs processes with focus on GPLA; 

- Systematic tracking of CIP KPIs and conduction of measurements;

- Monitors and reports achievements to higher-level or cross-functional teams;

- Ensures all GSA staff understand the purpose and importance of the CIP team by communicating all relevant information to them;

- Reports planned action and progress to higher level teams; 

- Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;

- Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior

Studies:

- University Diploma

- High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills: Language: English 

- Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree; 

- At least three years’ experience in Financial accounting;

- Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI, MM and MS Office ;

- Ability to work in a structured and careful way;

- Team player and ability to work in a flexible way; 

- Likes to work with numbers; 

- Willingness to travel; 

- High affinity toward accounting and finance processes.
