Job Description - Business Development Executive

We’re growing our presence in the Romanian market and looking for someone who’d like to join us as we build it out.

This is not about maintaining a pipeline. It’s about creating it, owning it, and turning it into real revenue. If you’re a salesperson who enjoys outbound, knows how to open doors, and - most importantly - close deals end-to-end, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll join our Romanian team, working closely with local leadership while also being supported by a broader global structure. The role offers real ownership, the space to shape how things are done, and the opportunity to grow alongside the market you help build. About us: GetResponse is a SaaS company recognized for its industry-leading email marketing and marketing automation software. We’ve been serving our customers since 1998 and are proud to have 350,000+ SMBs and 1,000+ enterprise customers on board.

Main tasks:

  • actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budget
  • deliver tailored demos and prepare value-driven proposals
  • act as a company representative at industry events and conferences
  • maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity
  • collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion

You may be a perfect fit if you have:

  • native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 level
  • at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably with 1 year of experience in selling SaaS applications
  • experience selling to Romanian SMB and mid-market customers
  • independence and strong project management skills
  • an ownership mindset and a strong drive to win

Salary range:

  • B2B contract: 133-152 EUR man-day + monthly sales commision
