Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone and email in Dutch.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and answer initial questions.
• Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth transition of prospects.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help refine outreach strategies.

• Fluency in Dutch and basic understanding of English.
• No experience required; a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Open to relocating with the support of a paid relocation package.
• Be able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece ( paid relocation )
