Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch to a diverse clientele.
• Effectively communicate product features and brand stories to enhance customer engagement.
• Manage inquiries, process orders, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay informed on luxury market trends and new product launches to provide valuable insights to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and an understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
