• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and care.

• Work closely with team members to meet service level agreements and maintain high quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
• Engage in continuous training sessions to expand your knowledge of our products and services.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
