Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone to our Hungarian-speaking clients.
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
• Guide customers in utilizing our platform’s features, enhancing their gaming experience.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve performance targets and uphold quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support systems for efficient follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen your understanding of our products and services.

• Fluency in Hungarian and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related position is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
