Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding game support to Hungarian-speaking customers through email.
• Assist players with game inquiries, technical issues, account management, and gameplay questions.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to player concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Document player interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support continual service improvement.
• Collaborate with development and community teams to relay player feedback and contribute insights for better service.
• Stay updated on game features, events, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable and relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer support or gaming roles is preferred but not mandatory.
