Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Hungarian-speaking gamers via email.
• Assist with inquiries regarding game mechanics, account management, and technical issues.
• Identify common customer challenges and provide effective solutions to enhance gameplay experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends, updates, and company policies.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and oral) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or within the gaming industry is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication skills; ability to engage positively with customers.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
