Job Description - Italian Customer & Technical Support - Work In Greece - Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for an Italian Customer & Technical Support Representative to join our team in Greece, with fully paid relocation assistance. This role is perfect for Italian speakers who are looking to enhance their career while immersing themselves in a vibrant culture. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries related to products and technical issues promptly.
  • Effectively communicate solutions and guide customers through troubleshooting processes.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately within our support systems.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify trends in customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and technical updates to ensure high-quality support.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
  • Open to relocating to Greece for the position.
