Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service Logistics & Courier Company - Work in Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives within a Logistics & Courier Company, located in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics and providing exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will communicate with clients in Italian, assisting them with various inquiries related to shipping and courier services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide detailed information about logistics processes and assist customers in tracking their shipments.
  • Manage the resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest shipping regulations and market trends to assist customers accurately.
  • Promote additional services and solutions to enhance customer experiences.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or courier sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Adept problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
