Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service Smart Home Technology Company - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives with a focus on Smart Home Technology. This role offers the unique chance to work in Greece while helping customers navigate the innovative world of smart home products. As part of our dynamic team, you will assist clients in Italian, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance on their smart home solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to smart home technology products, installations, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide comprehensive information about product features, usage, and benefits of smart home solutions.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance in optimizing their smart home systems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance to customers.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or electronics sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
