.Net Tech Lead

Location: EU/Ukraine

About the role:

As a member of Auditdata's development group, you will become part of the software team developing sophisticated enterprise solutions for audiology clinic chains.

Tech stack we use: .Net Core, Azure Services, AKS, Service Bus, Azure SQL Database, React ecosystem, Azure DevOps

What will you do:

• Provide a technical leadership to a scrum team of 2-3 backend engineers and being a gate keeper for the whole feature delivery
• Participate in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identifying optimal technical solutions
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in current product development process
• Work with other teams to synchronize and ensure features are released on time, in coordinated manner and good quality
• Design and develop web-based applications/components for distributed event-driven system across all product portfolio (20+ Microservices)
• Contribute to a product transformation strategy
• Work with Azure cloud environment

Technical skills and experience:

• Showing career progression from Software Engineer to the Lead level position
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead focusing on building complex solutions (ideally SaaS)
• 5+ yrs experience with C# and .NET Core
• Hands-on experience in building Microservices architecture using Cloud Services (Azure/AWS/GCP), REST Based API
• Experience with Azure SQL or any SQL DB, Entity Framework Core
• Strong knowledge in architecture & design, SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture
• B.Sc.+ degree in Computer Science or similar

• Knowledge/experience of Mass Transit framework
• Understanding of DevOps concepts

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience leading a team in a remote set up
• Problem-solving: ability to find solutions to complex issues
• You are always focused on updating your own and your team's knowledge with the latest technologies and tools
• B2-C1+ level of spoken and written English
