The Role
We are seeking a Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to join our Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll manage Search and App (UAC) campaigns across our portfolio of clients, driving targeted traffic, optimizing ad performance, and maximizing ROI. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact in the fast-moving world of online social gaming.
Develop and execute highly effective Paid Search (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads) and App (Google UAC) campaigns.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimization to attract high-quality users.
Continuously adjust bidding strategies to maximize performance.
Run A/B tests to refine strategies for optimal results.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to evaluate campaign success and identify improvements.
Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in paid search, particularly within online social gaming.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to align ads with overall marketing strategy.
Utilize advanced conversion tracking and analytics for data-driven decisions.
Proactively recommend innovative tactics to boost campaign performance and ROI.
Proven track record in managing successful Search campaigns.
Previous experience within the online gaming industry (Social Casino ).
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of paid search principles and best practices.
Basic knowledge of website tagging and tracking.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills.
Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, formulas, visualization).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
Ability to understand customer journeys and empathize with users.
Experience with Bing Ads and Apple Search Ads.
Familiarity with Google Ads DemandGen and PMAX campaigns.
Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
