Process Performance Manager

Coface Bucharest Shared Services Center - a constantly growing team of enthusiastic experts covers daily various processes and roles for Coface entities for all European regions. We do service multiple business lines from commercial to finance and technical with our more than 100 people speaking French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Romanian. Part of Group Operations the  Process Performance Manager is a dynamic and analytical professional responsible for supporting process improvement initiatives within Coface.

 This role involves utilizing data visualization tools and process mining techniques to monitor and optimize processes and workflows, as well as creating informative dashboards to track performance metrics.

He/she plays a key role in driving efficiency, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring the organization operates at its highest potential.

Key responsibilities:

1. Process Analysis and Evaluation:

• Conduct in-depth analyses of existing business processes using process mining techniques to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to gather data and insights for process analysis.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards for process performance assessment.

1. Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and track process performance using data-driven metrics and process mining tools.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into process health.
• Alert stakeholders to potential issues and recommend corrective actions based on data analysis.

1. Data Visualization:

• Design and create visually compelling and informative data dashboards and reports  (Global Operations Dashboard)
• Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.
• Collaborate with data analysts to improve data visualization techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with process mining software and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
• Previous experience in process improvement or related roles is a plus.
