• Process applications, reservations, or service requests with precision to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and foster a supportive work environment.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.
