Conceptual SAP RMCA or FICA Knowledge
▪ Solid conceptual understanding of SAP RMCA/FICA and its role as a standalone subledger.
▪ Familiarity with RMCA/FICA functionalities such as contract account management, open item creation (from external invoicing system), payment processing, and dunning/collection.
Process Management
▪ Knowledge of AR processes specific to RMCA, including revenue management, contract accounting, and collections.
▪ Experience in conceptualizing automation solutions for AR processes using RMCA functionalities.
Interface Management
▪ Strong expertise in managing interfaces between SAP RMCA and external CRM and Billing systems.
▪ Good understanding of middleware technologies and integration tools (e.g. API management) to facilitate seamless data exchange.
Business Acumen
▪ Strong understanding of how AR impacts the overall commercial and financial processes.
Strategic Planning
▪ Capability to develop and execute AR strategies that align with the business and project goals.
Project Management
▪ Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
▪ Experience with Agile methodology.
Customer Focus
▪ Commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of internal and external customers.
▪ Experience in improving customer satisfaction through optimized AR processes within RMCA.
Change Management
▪ Skills in managing change within the organization, including training and supporting users through transitions.
▪ Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in AR processes.
Regulatory Knowledge
▪ Awareness of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
▪ Ability to ensure AR processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
