SAP FI Key Users

Contract details: Freelance

We are seeking 4 SAP FI Key Users with strong German language skills to support finance and accounting operations. Two of the roles will be focused on Accounts Payable (AP), while the other two will concentrate on Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidates will bring proven expertise in accounting processes and hands-on experience with SAP functionalities as end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Key User for SAP FI in the respective area (AP or AR).

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

• Assist in the implementation of posting materials.

• Provide guidance and expertise in the use of SAP for financial processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

• Contribute to process improvements and system optimization within SAP FI.

Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise as an accounting clerk or accountant with strong SAP user experience.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.

• Solid background in accounting processes (Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable).

• Hands-on user knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP in accounting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• German language proficiency required.

• English language skills nice to have.
